| The
Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Unit of the NEBE collects
statistical data on population size, registration of voters,
voter turnout and election results and harmonizes it with spacial
data to produce the maps displayed in this section. The information
is used for analysis to help the NEBE with medium to long term
planning in areas including civic education, training and logistics.
